Richard Winter
Richard was born and grew up in Cobham - he knows Surrey inside out.
Prior to setting up his own independent consultancy service in 2020, Richard was a Director at Savills and headed up their Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire offices.
Richard lives in Fulham with his wife, three children and dog Luna, dividing his time between South West London and Surrey. Richard’s eldest daughter is studying medicine at Newcastle University, his middle daughter is at Putney High School and his son is at Cranleigh School.
When Richard is not out on the road in search of the perfect house, he can be found playing squash at one of the local sports clubs or the RAC, as well as fishing on the River Anton in Hampshire.

Deborah Moriarty
Deborah has worked in the property industry for over 20 years. She has spent more than half her career in Richmond, concentrating on high end sales throughout the Borough from Kew through to Teddington. Following her own family move out of St Margarets to Elmbridge, Debbie spent 5 years selling properties in the private estates and premier roads of Weybridge and Walton. Her knowledge and experience within the micro markets of St George’s Hill and Burwood and Ashley Park is formidable, and she is proud to have been involved in the sales and purchases of some of the area’s finest homes.
Debbie has a real ability to listen to a client’s needs and think laterally as to how to find a solution, and has had great success helping a range of buyers secure their perfect homes.
Debbie loves living in the area she works in. She has children at schools locally and is a keen tennis player being a member of both Walton Tennis Club and St George’s Hill Lawn Tennis Club in Weybridge.

Anne Soutry
Anne began her estate agency career in 1991 having previously trained as a viola and singing student at the Royal Academy of Music. Her first estate agency job was as sales negotiator with Faron Sutaria in Earls Court covering the South Kensington and Fulham areas. She went on to work with Foxtons in South Kensington before settling in Fulham where she has lived since 2003.
Anne was the sales manager for John D Wood in Parsons Green between 2003 - 2008 from where she went on to manage the newly opened branch of Knight Frank in the same area until 2017. Since then Anne has freelanced with various agencies in the Fulham area as well as advising personal contacts being in demand for her many years of sales experience and depth of local knowledge. Anne is of French parentage and speaks the language fluently. She has two adult sons and a granddaughter and in her spare time she indulges in her passion for making hats (she’s a qualified milliner), jewellery and regularly singing in a local choir.

Lucy Jones
Lucy has been part of the business since day one, having formerly worked with Richard for five years at Savills.
Lucy oversees operations, supporting Richard, Deborah and Anne in delivering a seamless client experience. She assists with research and gathering background information, enabling the team to focus on their respective property searches and purchases.
Having lived in Surrey for the last 10 years, Lucy has detailed knowledge of the local area, as well as significant market knowledge of historical property transactions built up over the years.
